The project was awarded the LEED Silver rating and is the first green building in the entertainment industry. It also received the 2005 Governor's Environmental and Economic Leadership Award in the Sustainable Practices or Facilities category, the State of California's highest environmental honor.

Justin oversaw the daily activities at the construction site and was also responsible for coordination of security and fire operations. he also led the review and reporting on the $4.5mil project budget, along with the project design and development.
